This website founded by specialists in SEP highlights relevant projects, articles, books and other media. It also includes really great interviews with practitioners, and the founders write about their own experiences navigating contemporary photography with an eye to ethics, representation, power dynamics and social justice. It's no longer currently updated but still a very useful resource.
